Hi everyone, The second IRC online text chat session for Module 3 is in the timetable for Thursday evening at 7pm UK time. Please post a comment on this thread if you are planning on joining this session.

i am sorry but i can't take part in this chat but i have selected tis module and i have already submit an assignment!!! is that right???

will i have a problem with my certificate???

Hi Maria,

Thanks for this message. Great to hear you are working on this module; I hope it is going well.

The chat sessions are there to help but you do not need to attend. The self-print certificate is based on whether you have submitted your assignment to the Assignment Directory. If you have done this, then the certificate should show this.

If you have any specific problems or questions, or just want to discuss a particular part of the module, please feel free to use the message boards.

Thank you for joing the openED course. The course is intended for you to study at your own pace and you can access each Module using the links on the left <<<

You may want to read the 'Help' and 'About This Course' pages (these can also be found in the left navigation) and work through Module 0: How to learn with openED.

Previous IRC chat session will have been posted in the Forum area. You need to browse through the strands for each Module - the titles of the strands should help you identify which are logs of the IRC sessions. The forum is also the place to read posts and find work posted previously by other users.

Final Module assignments will have been added to the Assignment Directory.

Whilst it is perhaps too early to join the IRC chat today (because I'd recommend you spend some time with the site and look at the Modules first). Do feel free to attend tomorrow's Module 3 IRC chat or one of the introductory sessions to future Modules (to find these look at the Timetable).
